I offer creative workshops that harness the power of photography to support mental wellness, self-expression, and reflection. By using the camera as a tool for mindfulness and storytelling, participants are encouraged to explore new perspectives, build confidence, and connect with their emotions in a supportive environment. These sessions are designed to be accessible, engaging, and restorative, helping individuals discover the therapeutic benefits of creativity while developing new skills and insights.

“Self-Portraits”
Drift into the thoughts of 24 individuals translating images of mundane everyday scenes into deeper reflections of themselves. Over the past three months, these individuals ventured into a workshop incorporating mindfulness practices into everyday photography. Participants came out of the workshop equipped with a philosophy to take time for themselves and express their thoughts in a visual form of a photograph.
The experience within the workshops culminated into this exhibition dwelling on the theme of self-portraits. Like an ephemeral shimmer of a windchime, our judgements of ourselves are subjected to the ebbs and flows of our own circumstances. Putting these thoughts into photographs gives us an indelible archive of learnings that we could access in our future time of need.
I encourage you to take a look at some of the photographs that resonate with you at first glance, and try to put yourself into the photographer’s shoes by guessing what they were thinking before reading their captions. Who knows, you may find some comfort in the clink of their photographs and you might yet try to make an image imbued with your own thoughts to share with your loved ones.
